Clenched jaws or grinding your teeth causes looseness, jaw pain, and fractured teeth. Due to the intense impact you use to clench or grind your teeth, this habit can lead to future jaw and teeth problems. Try using a night guard to prevent grinding your teeth in your sleep.
Always Use Mouth Guards
When playing any sport whether its basketball, football, or soccer, it’s crucial to protect your teeth with a mouth guard. This will reduce the risk of broken or chipped teeth while playing.
